1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DimePay's platform, applications, and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services. Business accounts must be registered entities in good standing.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, and any illegal transactions.

5. Fees & Charges

Transaction fees are outlined on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

You agree to cooperate with DimePay in resolving any payment disputes. Chargeback fees may apply as outlined in our fee schedule. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with DimePay are owned by Dime Omnipayment Engine Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

DimePay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. DimePay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Outstanding balances will be settled per our standard payout schedule.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kingston, Jamaica.
